PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

We are a specialized manufacturer of commercial vehicle axle components, including brake drums, wheel hubs, and reduction gear housings. Our integrated foundry and machining operations are built on a fully automated production platform to ensure repeatability and traceability.

Melting & Molding – A 6‑ton Inductotherm medium‑frequency induction furnace ensures precise melt chemistry and temperature. The German‑built HS static‑pressure molding line, paired with a high‑efficiency sand preparation system, delivers consistent mold hardness and surface finish. Robotic arms automate core setting, eliminating variability.

Machining – Our CNC machining cells, equipped with Hyundai WIA vertical machining centers, provide high rigidity and tight tolerances for complex bore and flange geometries.

Quality Assurance – We operate under IATF 16949 quality management. In‑house spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and ultrasonic testing verify material grade, dimensional accuracy, and internal integrity. Every component is traceable via our digital manufacturing execution system (MES).

Capacity & Service – With an annual output of 500 million tons and a responsive engineering team, we support concurrent development, lean production, and just‑in‑time delivery.
