Step 1 Blast Furnace Ironmaking

We put iron ore, coke and flux into the high-temperature blast furnace for high-temperature smelting to produce qualified molten iron, the original raw material of our self-produced steel.

Step 2 Converter Steelmaking

Molten iron is refined in the converter, with chemical composition strictly adjusted to produce special steel liquid with high hardness and corrosion resistance specially for padlock production.

Step 3 Continuous Casting

 The qualified steel liquid is continuously cast into solid steel billets to ensure uniform internal texture and stable material performance.

Step 4 Hot Rolling & Profiling

Steel billets are heated and rolled into customized steel strips and steel bars of different specifications, exclusively for padlock bodies and shackles.

Step 5 Stamping & Forming

We cut the self-made steel materials, then use precision molds to stamp out lock bodies, shackles and other structural parts, and remove burrs for precise size control.

Step 6 Surface Treatment

Carry out polishing, sandblasting and imitation copper electroplating treatment on lock parts to achieve beautiful appearance and strong rust resistance.

Step 7 Assembly & Commissioning

Install lock cylinders, pins, springs and other accessories into the lock body, match keys one by one, and test the opening and closing flexibility repeatedly.

Step 8 Strict Quality Inspection & Packaging

Each finished padlock will pass anti-prying, tension and appearance inspections. Qualified products will be packed and stored for global export delivery.
